Content
Your profile, cover, and pins show who you are and what you stand for.
A practical guide
A practical training to sharpen your social profile, choose the platform your best clients actually use, and build a simple plan to start showing up with confidence.
Prefer to be guided?Use the AI Implementation Toolkit when you are ready to build your plan. It will guide you one question at a time and turn your real answers into useful output.
It works without a Custom GPT. Your client data stays in your own AI tool.
01. Begin with the profile’s job
Your profile and pinned content sit in the Content layer. They make it clear who you are, what you do, and where an interested person can go next. Conversations and conversions have a better place to begin when that foundation is clear.
Your profile, cover, and pins show who you are and what you stand for.
Useful content and a clear profile make it easier for the right person to start a real conversation.
Trust and clarity give someone a truthful next step when they are ready for it.
02. Now build a clear profile
The goal is not a perfect profile. It is a clear one that reflects what is already true about you and gives the right person one honest next step.
Profile photo
A person should be able to recognise you without having to work for it.
Cover
Add an existing next step or truthful credibility only when you can back it up.
Description
Who you help, what you help them do, relevant proof where true, one call to action, and a little personality.
Link
Link to a real website, resource, or invitation. Do not create an imaginary next step to fill the space.
Values
People trust a profile that sounds like a person, not a collection of claims.
Help a new person understand your work and who it is for.
Share proof you can genuinely substantiate.
Show what matters to you and the point of view behind your work.
03. Choose where to show up
Ask actual clients and likely prospects where they spend time. Combine that evidence with the reach you already have, the kind of content you can sustain, and the time you can honestly give it.
Let the people you want to help tell you where they already pay attention. This gives you a better starting point than guessing from what is popular.
There is no universal best platform. Choose one primary platform for the next ninety days because it fits your evidence and your capacity, not because someone else says it worked for them.
04. Add OPP only when it helps
Other People’s Platform activity can help you be seen in places that already hold the right people. It is optional, and it only works when you can verify the place is relevant and active.
Criterion one
Do the people in this community, channel, event, or audience resemble the people you want to help?
Criterion two
Are people posting, replying, attending, or taking part right now? A quiet place cannot create useful momentum.
05. Begin showing up for real
Once the foundation is clear enough, publish something useful and engage where people already are. Do not let profile editing become a more comfortable substitute for being seen.
Choose one real moment in your week for a fifteen-minute review. Look at profile clarity, the responses you received, and whether your chosen platform still fits the evidence.
06. See what your plan contains
It does not choose your platform for you or invent proof, claims, links, groups, or calls to action. It uses your answers to help you make the choices clearly and turn them into a plan you can use.
Output preview
Photo direction, cover direction, a clear description, truthful proof, an existing next step, and a three-pin plan.
Your actual audience evidence, viable options, neutral tradeoffs, and one primary platform you chose for ninety days.
Verified OPP targets only when they fit, with relevance, activity, and one useful first action.
Three profile or pin actions, one content focus, a launch sequence, and one fifteen-minute promise you can keep.
